Located on 39 acres, Comtrak has been in the
current corporate headquarters since 1992, although continued expansions and building
additions have become the norm since then. The state of the art facility houses all the
administration, safety and information systems teams, in addition to the Memphis customer
service and operating personnel. Unlike other companies who choose to separate management
from the daily activities of servicing our internal and external customers, Comtrak blends
the groups for open communication and improved feedback to meet everyone’s needs.
Complimenting the operating center, Comtrak has the most up to date driver services wing,
a full service maintenance facility and a new depot office for handling intermodal
containers.

Take 240 South and exit Lamar (Highway 78 east Birmingham). Take Lamar east approximately
8 miles to Hwy 178 (Old Highway 78). Make left on Hwy 178 (Old Highway 78) to Universal
Drive (approximately 3 blocks). Make a left on Universal Drive to the end of the street.
