Comtrak Logistics (MC154862) is an irregular route common carrier servicing the continental United States. This highway division, RoadTrak, is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee with customer service and operating personnel offering all
of our highway customers award winning service.
The highway division of Comtrak Logistics began in 1990 and was a direct reflection of intermodal customers expressing the need to have a service sensitive carrier offer more services to them than just intermodal drayage. Since that time, the customers have expanded beyond those that first requested our services to an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies, including SLS (Sears Logistics Services)
Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Ashley Furniture, Tire and Battery Corporation, Carrier Air, Quaker Oats, FedEx supply chain services, and Leigh Fibers.
While RoadTrak’s concentration has traditionally been in the Southeast United States, our fleet has traveled throughout the country using our own 53' air ride Great Dane trailers. Comtrak has over 650 of these state of the art trailers that are also rail equipped should the customer utilize rail.
Last year Comtrak Logistics offered 99.3% on time delivery to the entire RoadTrak customer roster. Specializing in XOT (Exactly on Time), all of our customers demand the on time service that we are able to provide through effective use of our information systems coupled with our professional driving force. We are pro active and able to advise of a potential problem long before it costs our customer time or money.
While it is easy to say that something is done well, we let our customers be the report card. Recognitions, achievements and rewards of more business will always be our barometer for satisfaction.
